Virtual Try-On in personal shopping calls
We’re thrilled to launch Virtual Try-On, a cutting-edge tool that provides your customers with true-to-life AR overlays inside One-to-One calls.
Virtual Try-On was Pioneered by Bambuser and the leading AR technology company Perfect Corp (see press release).
The feature has already proven extremely effective within the beauty industry where it enables customers to try on multiple makeup products totally virtually, without needing to clean and reapply.

Always on brand with virtual backgrounds
Now you can easily maintain a professional atmosphere no matter where you host your One-to-One calls, thanks to the new, highly requested Virtual Background feature.
All you need to do to add a virtual background to your One-to-One calls is upload an image of your choice to your company’s Bambuser Dashboard.
Managers or Owners within the dashboard are able to add a background, and once uploaded, everyone in the company is able to feature it within customer calls.
*Only available on Agent Tool Desktop. Support in the app is expected later this year.
Stay in One-to-One calls while using other apps
Thanks to new PiP (Picture-in-Picture) compatibility within One-to-One, you can now leave the Bambuser app to browse other apps and maintain face-to-face contact with your customers in a floating window.
This smart and super convenient feature adds flexibility without disrupting your customer’s experience.

Never miss a call again thanks to Ringtones
On the shop floor, incoming One-to-One calls can sometimes be easily missed when they come through via push notifications.
The new ringtones feature ensures that your staff never need to miss out on a sale opportunity ever again.

Cobrowsing – Now in the Bambuser app
We launched our Cobrowsing feature earlier this year within the One-to-One desktop app, enabling your staff to precisley track and guide customers as they browse and shop within your site.
Cobrowsing has proven to be extremely popular, so now we’ve introduced it to the Bambuser app to make it more readily available to all our customers.
