On May 4th, Bambuser’s own Chief Commercial Officer Sophie Abrahamsson joined an elite group of industry experts for The Glossy Beauty Forum, a virtual event highlighting how brands and retailers can drive success in the post-COVID world.
Alongside discussion of strategies for omnichannel engagement and the impact of an increasingly powerful Gen Z population, Sophie provided attendees with an overview of the live shopping phenomenon. Showcasing the successes of global brands including Clarins, MAKE UP FOR EVER, Caudalie, Japan's largest cosmetics group and a US-based cosmetics giant referred to as “one of the world's largest and most established beauty companies,” Sophie offered valuable insights on how brands of any size can seize interactive e-commerce technologies to engage shoppers and drive sales.
